We have been loving this little scale for measuring beans for roasting as well as doing pour over.  It has a heat resistance and removable silicone pad to protect the scale.  This scale is very precise if you are looking into percentage of weight loss before and after roasting. 

Scale includes two AAA batteries.  

City roast is typically around a loss of 13%

Full City is around a loss of 14%

Full City Plus is around a loss of 15%

French is around a loss of 16%
