With an impressive roast capacity of 8oz./ 226 Grams of wet-processed beans, optimal results for dry processed beans can be achieved by reducing the roasting amount to 6oz/ 170 Grams due to their tendency to produce more chaff. Embracing an upgraded design, this roaster boasts a heavy-duty high capacity fan and heater, complemented by an enhanced control board. Effortless adjustments are facilitated by simply pushing the knob and turning to regulate heat, fan speed, and roasting time.

Experience real-time temperature monitoring with a quick knob turn to the right for instant temperature display. With 9 heat levels available (as opposed to the conventional Low, Medium, and High settings), and a wider fan adjustment range, you have precise control over the roasting process.

Please note, earlier SR roasters' chaff baskets and top lids are incompatible with the new SR800 or SR540 due to the larger diameter of the roasting chamber. Additionally, users have the flexibility to customize default start settings.
